Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Ianoni Sports. If something isn’t right with your order, our team is here to help make the return or refund process as simple as possible.

Return Eligibility

Customers have 14 days from the date the order is received to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. All returns must be approved before items are sent back. To request approval, customers must contact us by email at support@padelshopuk.co.uk

Reasons We Accept Returns

We offer a replacement or a full refund if the wrong item was received, if the product has a manufacturing defect, if it arrives damaged, or if components are missing from the order. Customers are required to provide clear photos or videos as evidence when reporting an issue. If the problem is confirmed to be our error, we will cover the replacement cost or offer appropriate compensation.

When Returns are Not Accepted

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. We are also unable to process returns where damage has been caused by improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Any items returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is requested due to a change of mind or customer error, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will arrange compensation or cover the return shipping costs. Customers should not return items to the sender address shown on the package, as this is not our return location. The correct return address will be provided after approval.

Refund Processing Time

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will send a refund approval confirmation by email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times typically take between 7 and 14 business days after approval, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
